Fried Dough with Maple Cream
Our specialty is 100% pure maple cream that is homemade right here at our farm. We drizzle the maple cream over hot freshly made fried dough. Optional toppings of strawberries or bacon can be added to complete this amazing sweet treat. All of our dough is made on site from scratch with high quality ingredients.
Maple cream fried dough has been a huge hit at festivals, food truck events and fairs throughout New England. Some events that we have served: Green River Festival, Northlands music festival, Soul Fest, the Fryeburg Fair and Common Ground Fair to name a few. Maple Syrup
Every spring Country Maple Farms sugar house makes maple syrup and value added maple products. The maple cream for our fried dough is made from the syrup we produce right here on our farm. When we are boiling visitors are always welcome to stop by for a free sample and a tour of the sugar house operations. Check the link above for our boiling schedule. We make an effort to have a maple touch to most of our catering. The following is a list of catering options we have available. Each event has its own individual qualities, flavor and needs. About
our company
Country Maple Farms started in 2009 with the construction of a new maple sugar house. In 2017 All Things Maple fried dough trailer was started as a value added solution to sell more maple syrup in the form of maple cream on fried dough. This has been a great success at fairs and festivals throughout the New England area. In 2018 The Food Booth a permanent food service building at the local fairgrounds was added to the business. The building not only allows us to sell food at the fair and other events at the fairgrounds, it is our base of operations for trailers and catering. In 2019 The Bear Cub food trailer was added to the fleet allowing us to bring the food menu on the road. In 2022 a second fried dough trailer was added to the growing fleet of trailers allowing us to be at even more events during the 7 month season.
